Woods Point Way is a Traditional inspired house KIT designed for the EXPERIENCED QUARTER SCALE MINIATURIST.

 

It’s elegant exterior features Williamsburg inspired exterior colors, high pitched roof lines, a covered balcony with Chippendale railing, clapboard siding, faux old brick, faux copper roofing, and shuttered divided light windows.

 

As you enter the front door you are greeted by a 2-story space with an angled staircase featuring a Chippendale handrail. The entry stair hall allows for views into the formal living room with a fireplace and bay window and also into the formal dining room. The staircase leads to a second floor gallery with Chippendale railings that overlooks the ground floor 2-story great room with its dramatic 2-story fireplace. Leaving the great room you enter a large kitchen with a bay window and a doorway leading to the formal dining room.

 

A visit to the second floor will introduce two bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms. The rear of this house is open to allow access to most of the rooms to provide easier viewing and furnishing. Openings have also been designed into certain walls for access to the bathrooms and formal dining room.

 

 

Items included with basic house package include the following:

1/8" thick plywood base, 16.25" wide x 12" deep

Laser cut wood walls, floors and roof

Laser cut cardstock windows , interior and exterior window trims, shutters, interior and exterior doors and trims

Cardstock laser cut staircase railings

Kitchen cabinets, appliances, island

Bathroom vanity and fixtures

Faux old brick siding and cedar roof strips

Flooring paper

Additional cardstock and wood strips required for the basic house construction and finishing

Instructions include a list of items required for assembling and finishing the exterior and interior
